Rip Chip is a game in which players roll the dice, and as they roll any given number, must put those dice on the bench, so to speak, until the next turn. One continues to roll until all of the dice are benched and scores a point for each roll. The kicker is that players all have chips that they may play for a do-over (Mulligan) roll, or to stop an opponent from rolling, thereby “ripping” that opponent out of their turn.
