Returns & Exchanges Policy

At 15 Min. Fun & Done, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility, process, and any exceptions.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase (as shown on your order confirmation email or packing slip). Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Eligible Items: Most products purchased directly from 15minfunanddone.com qualify for returns or exchanges, including games, toys, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us First: Before shipping anything back, please reach out to our customer support team at support@15minfunanddone.com . Provide your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in a protective box or the original packaging. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to: 15 Min. Fun & Done 610 Ninth Street SE, Suite 101 Minneapolis, MN 55414 Use a trackable shipping method for your protection—we recommend services like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Original Shipping: Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s), including postage and any insurance. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
  • Exchanges: If exchanging for a different size or color of the same item, we'll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item. For all other exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days of processing your return. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit (up to 10 business days).
  • Refund Amount: Eligible returns receive a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping). Exchanges are processed at no additional cost for the replacement item.
  • Partial Refunds: If we receive the item in a condition that doesn't meet our guidelines, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Digital downloads or virtual goods (once accessed).
  • Perishable items or those with expiration dates.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

If your return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item shipped, please contact us immediately—we'll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
